EESTECH Challenge 2022

Machine Learning Hackathon, European Round, 1st place

In May 2022, Janez Justin and Frenk Dragar won 1st place at the EESTech Challenge 2022 #machinelearning Hackathon final round in Milan. We competed against 11 other teams from all over Europe after each of us progressed there by winning our local rounds.

We were tasked with developing a counting algorithm for Infineon Technologies' BGT60TR13C Radar Chip, which we accomplished by recording our own dataset and training a #deeplearning model to classify the data into classes of up to 3 people in the scene.
